Who are we looking for

Ozgene is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Graduate with a Bachelor of Arts or Science in HR or Psychology.  The Assistant Culture Coach will work closely with the Culture Coach, Leadership team and Ozgene staff to build trust and confidence and to grow our business through growing the people.

As the Assistant Culture Coach you will be required to:

• Support all HR functions within the business, including recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation and training
• Support learning and development initiatives
• Carry out day-to-day administration tasks
• Develop and drive the company’s Operational Excellence Framework
