The Role

As part of the Ozgene IT team, the Graduate IT Administrator will take pride in supporting the day-to-day operations of all IT systems, to ensure functions run smoothly and efficiently. This position is full-time permanent and will be reporting to the Chief Technology Officer. Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support for up to 50 end-users
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems within the company’s software, hardware and digital services over global locations
  • Researching and implementing solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT systems
  • Working predominantly within an Apple environment
  • Provide after-hours support when required
  • Develop and maintain technical process documentation, policy and reports regarding all operating infrastructure solutions

You will work closely with talented and passionate professionals and have the opportunity to:

  • Gain exposure to all aspects of IT administration
  • Produce solutions that help improve business efficiency
  • Experience operational excellence frameworks within multiple disciplines
What you will bring to the role

The ideal candidate must have an IT Systems or equivalent degree. This role would be suitable for a graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, open-minded and not afraid to ask questions. You should also bring to the team:

  • Good working knowledge of networking systems
  • Unique problem solving and creative thinking abilities
  • Proactivity to ensure the management and resolution of queries
  • Ability to collaborate and work closely with the global team
  • Tenacity and drive to learn whilst on the job
