What’s new at Ozgene ARC? We are introducing a new diet aligning with JAX standards, highlighting our locally delivered genotyping services here in Australia, and inviting you to our upcoming breeding webinar. Plus, a big thank you to everyone we connected with at ANZLAA2025.

Feed update: Aligning with JAX standards

We are excited to introduce a new feed for our mouse and rat strains, modelled on the diet used by JAX. By aligning with JAX standards, we not only strengthen our role as a JAX propagator but also support improved animal health, welfare, and breeding performance.

The new diet closely matches our current feed but is richer in fat and provides increased levels of key minerals. For more details, please review the data sheets.

We will begin the transition in early November. The update will apply across our colonies, except for those already maintained on high-fat diets. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
