Breeding coordination
- Female mice are identified, health assessed and weighed prior to mating.
- Hormonal synchronisation is performed using PMS and hCG to optimise mating success.
- Females are mated according to your required timeline.
- Mating is confirmed via plug check.
Pre-shipment assessment
- Prior to dispatch, females are weighed to confirm appropriate gestational weight gain.
- Animals must meet defined gestational weight-gain criteria before dispatch.
Deliverables
- Pregnant females delivered at defined gestational stages (E13–E18)

Pricing
Timed mate pricing is available for the strains listed above in the current Ozgene ARC price list.
Get started
Please contact us a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your required dispatch date for mice and 7 weeks prior for rats to allow sufficient time for breeding coordination. Female mice are generally mated at 6–7 weeks of age, and rats are mated at approximately 11 weeks of age, so advance planning is required to align breeding with your requested gestational stage and delivery timeline.
